Role Overview
This role defines the solution architecture and leads the design and delivery of complex Salesforce implementations, involving technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and team mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the Salesforce solution architecture for large-scale implementations.
- Lead design and development of advanced solutions using Apex, LWC, integrations, and automation frameworks.
- Design and govern integration architectures, data models, and security frameworks.
- Review and approve technical designs, code standards, and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and drive technical excellence.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance with Salesforce platform limits.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including architectural ownership.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and data modeling.
- Strong experience with enterprise-scale implementations.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and influence architectural decisions.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Technical Architect (CTA – preferred or in progress)
- Integration Architecture Designer.
