Role Overview
Responsible for building and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations, this role requires independent ownership of development tasks and close collaboration with technical and business teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura).
- Perform customization, configuration, and enhancements across Salesforce products.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and best practice adherence.
- Collaborate with BAs and Admins to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support deployment, release management, and post-production support.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce security model and data architecture.
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I / II
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
- Sales Cloud/Service Cloud Consultant.
