Job Summary
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect to design and govern enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will define architecture standards, ensure scalability, security, and performance, and guide teams through complex implementations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Define Salesforce solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise IT strategy.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architectures.
- Own integration architecture involving Salesforce and external systems.
- Establish development standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Review designs and code to ensure architectural compliance.
- Guide teams on data model design, security architecture, and deployment strategies.
- Work closely with stakeholders to translate business vision into technical architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall experience with 7+ years on the Salesforce platform.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, limits, security, and integration patterns.
- Strong experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, Platform).
- Hands-on knowledge of Apex, Lightning, APIs, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience designing large-scale, multi-org or enterprise solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CI/CD, large data volumes, and complex integrations.
